Exterior architectural visualisation and photomontage
Architectural visualisation is a hugely powerful, effective way of presenting design schemes to planning officers and potential buyers.
A photorealistic visualisation or photomontage will show all interested parties the impact of a building on its surroundings, giving a detailed, convincing picture of how the finished design will look. Clients find my photorealistic images inspire confidence in their developments, and on many occasions they have helped in securing deposits on properties in the very early stages of development.
A single CGI (Computer Generated Image) can be used to both help gain planning permission, and once this is granted, to market the development to the public. If planning officers require the design to be modified, the image(s) can be updated for next to nothing – often for free.
Images produced are always high resolution - meaning a single image can be used on websites, in brochures, on site signage and on promotional DVD’s and CD-ROM’s. No restrictions are placed on where the images are used and how many times, which means exceptional value for money.
